Recipe: Tenille's tangy tahini sauce

This recipe is the unique creation of our own Tenille Hunter. It is raw, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and absolutely delcious!
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup raw tahini | 1/4 cup water |
| 1 lime, juiced | 2 tablespoons maple syrup |
| pinch of himalayan salt | 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
| 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander |
Method
Throw all of the ingredients into a blender until it reaches the desired consistency. You can water it down a bit more to make a salad dressing or you can thicken it up to a make a dip. You can drizzle this sauce onto a wrap or use it on your homemade falafels. Sometimes we like to use it to coat kale and make kale chips! You can even change the spices! For example use one tablespoon of ground curry to make a curry dip!
