We are proud to offer the following hot yoga classes in our eco-friendly state-of-the-art FIR (Far Infrared Radiant) heated candlelit studios. All classes are heated up to 100 degrees and 40% humidity.
Foundations (Hatha) will bring strength and focus to the body from head to toe. By removing the flow and focusing on longer static holds, emphasis is placed on the pose itself rather than linking movements. Beginners can use this time to build up to our flow classes, while more advanced students can work on precision and alignment. The focus will be on foundational postures, however the instructor will provide modifications for every experience level, giving you the chance to expand your practice if you so choose. Because this class is not a set sequence, you can expect to learn something new and different every time. ALL LEVELS - GREAT FOR BEGINNERS.
Yin Yang is designed to offer the balancing effects of yin (passive) yoga and yang (active) yoga. The first half is the yin, focusing on long, deep meditative stretches that allow your connective tissues and joints to open, increasing flexibility while creating a calm and centered mind. The second half is the yang, focusing on vinyasas and standing postures that will increase your strength, flexibility and balance. Because only half the class is flow (yang), it is a great class for Beginners. ALL LEVELS - GREAT FOR BEGINNERS.

This class will focus on opening and strengthening areas of the body that support healthy hips and hamstrings. Beginning with more movement and standing postures to warm and strengthen muscles, we’ll then settle to the floor getting deeper into the pelvic area with the use of props. This will encourage and develop stability, functionality, flexibility and relaxation of your hips and hamstrings (the most over-used and tightest areas of the body). Whether you spend a lot of time sitting or you're an extreme athlete, this class is for you! ALL LEVELS.
Join Lacey Smith (who is trained in the Roll Model Method) for a sweet combination of gentle dynamic flow and soothing soft-tissue conditioning. The first half of the class will be spent flowing through a variety of movements to warm you up and get the prana flowing. During the second half of the class, you will enjoy yin/restorative postures where specialized therapy balls are incorporated to assist you in self-massaging various areas of the body. Different sized balls are used to allow for varying pressure needs for self-myofascial release. This class is designed to help you increase mobility, improve functional body movement, reduce pain and recover after injury. ALL LEVELS.
Flow is an invigorating class that integrates breath with movement and builds strength, flexibility and core stability. Sequences include sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated and twisting postures and may even include introductions to arm balances and inversions. Flow is not a set series, allowing instructors the freedom to play with alignment and movement. ALL LEVELS.
Core is a vinyasa flow class with a focus on strengthening all areas of the core (the abdomen, back, buttocks, upper hamstrings and hip flexors). It will build and develop your core strength, tone your abdominals and improve your posture. ALL LEVELS.
Traditional Hot is a SET SEQUENCE of twenty six postures performed in a precise order. This class systematically works the entire body, concentrating on the essence of every organ, bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, blood vessel, nerve and gland. Incorporating strength, balance and flexibility, traditional hot teaches you to ground yourself into each pose, stimulating your mind and restoring and shaping your body. ALL LEVELS.
This class is a SET SEQUENCE inspired by the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Flow style of yoga. It will be the same set of postures every time you attend, allowing you to learn the sequence so you can truly achieve a moving meditation. Baptiste is a combination of different traditions of yoga that come together to link powerful breath with dynamic, flowing movements and is the number one yoga style practiced in the US. This Flow class will challenge your body and relax your mind. ALL LEVELS - SOME EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED.
Power Flow is a fun, energetic and fast-paced class. Synchronizing breath with movement, you will flow (vinyasa) through various postures, creating a cardiovascular and strength-building workout that will torch calories, tone and cleanse your body, and calm your mind. This class incorporates elements of Ashtanga, Baptiste and other styles of “power” yoga, so it is faster than our regular Flow class and may include more challenging postures such as creative standing balances, arm balances and inversions. It is not a set sequence so each class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. ALL LEVELS - SOME EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED.
Restorative yoga is a passive practice in which poses are held for several minutes at a time utilizing blocks, straps and balls (our non-heated classes also use bolsters, blankets and the studio walls). These props are used to minimize the amount of work required by our muscles during poses. A restorative practice can rest your body, stretch your muscles, lower your heart rate and blood pressure, and calm your nervous system, moving you into a peaceful state of deep relaxation. ALL LEVELS, THERAPEUTIC.
This class is a sweet blend of slow, deliberate and meditative postures that are held for extended periods of time to encourage deep tissue release and deep relaxation, helping to bring balance into your life and practice. ALL LEVELS. GREAT FOR BEGINNERS.
